During the initial meeting we want to learn about your business/organization and how we can serve you, and get an overall feeling for the project. To help this meeting be as productive as possible, we will provide you with questions and thoughts to consider prior to getting together.
The results of the meeting should give Fried Color a better understanding of not only you and your organization, but the nature and scope of the project as well. This lets us draw up a realistic and appropriate cost estimate and timetable for the project. Once the cost and timetable are agreed upon and payment of ½ the total cost of the project is received, Fried Color will design and present several concepts for you to choose from.
Of course none of this is done in a vacuum as we feel it is important to include you in as many phases of the project as possible, so expect us to contact you with questions or to bounce ideas around. The next step is the selection of the final design concept. At this point we should be pretty close to project completion but we allow for two rounds of revisions. Think of these revisions as "tweaking" the final product.
At project completion the balance of the payment is due and you are the proud owner of an original Fried Color product.
Speaking of payment, you may be wondering what a particular project might cost. Because of the nature of this type of business, we are unable to give you an estimate of the final cost for a project until the initial meeting. We can tell you that with the benefit of low-cost, full-color process printing with a leading printer and large-format printer onsite, we are able to be extremely competitive. And we are also more than willing to "cut a deal" for non-profit organizations and provide extra benefits to frequent customers.
